My work has spanned non-profits, fintech, and healthtech, and for the last three years, I've been at SureCost designing solutions that help pharmacies keep essential medicines in stock during critical supply chain shortages.

Growing up with a parent managing an autoimmune disorder showed me how fragile healthcare access can be. That experience shapes everything I build. Good design shouldn't add friction to people's lives.

My process is straightforward: talk to users, understand the real problem, design something that works. Good design gets out of the way and lets people focus on what matters.
